Vision & Discovery: Before we even meet, we provide questions to help you define how you want to live in your new home. We then sit down to align your vision with budget realities, ensuring we have a solid foundation of honesty before a single shovel hits the dirt.

Pre-Construction & Design: We transition into a formal pre-construction contract to finalize your floor plans, whether we are developing them in-house or refining your own. This phase is dedicated to nailing down every specification, selection, and cost to prevent surprises later on.
Step Three
Groundbreaking & Communication: Once the contract is signed and the deposit is made, construction begins with a focus on clear communication. We use specialized software to keep you updated with photos and progress reports, so you always feel connected to the build regardless of your schedule.

The Build Phase: Construction doesn’t mean stress when it comes to TruStone. On the contrary we pride ourselves on staying calm under pressure. When the unexpected arises, we don't hide; we address the situation directly and work through it with you, ensuring the integrity of the project and our relationship remains the priority.

The Final Polish: As the home nears completion, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough to identify any remaining punch-list items. We ensure every detail meets our high standards of quality craftsmanship before we finally hand over the keys to your brand-new, custom-built environment.
Step Six
Orientation & Long-term Support: Our relationship doesn't end at move-in. After you’ve settled in, we conduct an orientation to explain your home’s systems and warranties like the 1-year builder warranty on materials and workmanship you’ll enjoy. We also perform 3-month and 6-month check-ins to ensure everything is performing exactly as intended for your family.
